Dr.Genson in HyogoThe culmination of term as university president proves that utmost dedication and service would not always bring to its dead end. Dr. Edita S. Genson, former university president of Naval State University still continues to serve the institution after her tenure had ended last November 2013. Just after two months when she finished her term, with Dr. Joy C. Villapando, NSU’S International Linkages Coordinator, she was welcomed at the Hyogo University by President Masayoshi Kiyohara, in Hyogo, Japan. This was a dream-come-true, which she envisioned a couple of years ago. “We were welcomed by Hyogo University Officials with great regards, and they are very willing to help NSU through linkages and students exchange program,” Dr. Genson said. This is a rare opportunity which NSU should not allow to just pass by accordingly.
